Hide your blogs from search engines, and not your readers!

Tired of inviting people to be readers of your blog? You can make your blog public, but hide it from search engines. That way your teachers and other readers can easily check out your blog! No more sending, re-sending, and accepting invitations.

Your school blogs will be visible in search engines if you do not complete steps 1-4. Check it. Google your name. Know and control your searchable digital footprint!

  1. Log into Blogger and find your blog. 
  2. Click the down arrow next to the paper icon and go to settings. 
  3. Click on Edit next to Privacy and change both settings to NO. 
  4. Save Changes.
  5. Scroll down to Blog Readers and click Edit 
  6. Select Public 
  7. Click on Save Changes and now all your teachers and anyone you share your link with can read your blog!

Blogger how to change your theme and background photo

Go to Blogger.com and click the tiny grey arrow to see a list of your blogs and select the blog you want to work on Look / scroll down on the left until you find 'Theme' Toward the center of the page, click on 'Customize' Choose 'Background' at the top left To remove the background image, choose 'Remove image' To change the image, you can click the background image and options will appear. You can even upload your own image! You can also click on the main color theme to change your main color theme :) Click apply to blog at the top right to save your changes You can also click on 'Themes' to try different themes Have fun!

ManageBac for ISPP Students

Here is a quick tour of the new ManageBac user interface (UI). If you notice any issues, you can always contact Ms. Chelsea by email, or you can contact ManageBac Support by clicking on the Help and Support link at the top right of the page. When you first log in you will be in your Dashboard: You can click on your name (top right) to view your profile and change your password. You can see your Dashboard with your calendar and the upcoming events and deadlines for the next few weeks.  On the left is your navigation menu with links to sections of your ManageBac. I will now go through the options in the left hand navigation menu in the order in which they appear. When you click on Calendar: You can choose to view by month or week and you can scroll through the calendar.
