Hour of Code at ISPP Campuses

ISPP will host two Hour of Code sessions to celebrate Computer Science Education Week and inspire our community to start coding. It's easy to get started and there are many online resources to keep us going.

The sessions are open to all ISPP parents, students, and staff. We will have support teams to help participants, and collaboration (group work) is encouraged!

Hour of Code was started in 2013 to raise awareness about learning to code and promote Computer Science learning in schools. There are fun lessons available for all ages (4-104) so that anyone can learn.

Our Elementary Student Technology Advisory had some fun testing out the Flappy Bird Tutorial last week, and enjoyed making their games challenging. Here are a few samples, click the pictures to try the games, why not see what you can make? You will find the lesson here.
